All classes and programs held at Good Friends will be designed for participants to not just come in and work out but also to stay engaged in their fitness regime through defined goal-setting programs.

Group Fitness Challenges & Programs
Good Friends Fitness is committed to making each member’s experience a positive one.
Step one to reaching that goal is to provide plenty of opportunities for members to learn and grow in their fitness.
New members will have access to regularly scheduled 101 classes that will focus on how to safely and effectively use each program for all fitness levels. GFF will also offer low-impact and low-intensity classes.
For those looking for additional guidance and structure in their fitness program, Good Friends Fitness will have regular 30- and 90-day programs led by our best instructors, providing personalized fitness opportunities in a group setting.
