What We Offer

Good Friends offers a packed schedule of over 70 classes a week, with 20 different classes that include: all 9 of the Les Mills group fitness classes, Spinning®, Yoga, Pilates and more - all in a fun, energetic and smaller class environment, giving you the individualized attention and motivation you deserve.


Our member services such as kid-sitting, destination training, complimentary towels and continuous motivation and support, will make your workout something you want to do every day.

Mellow Yoga @ Florida Blue with Juli
When: 4/23/2014 6pm to 7pm 
The perfect way to relieve tension from your busy week or soothe the muscles after an intense workout. Mellow yoga focuses on seated stretches to help troubled tight spots, such as the hips and lower back. Let the body ease into the stretches while the mind stays present in the moment. This class is appropriate for all flexibility levels, as you decide the deepness of your stretch.
